Ingredients:
- 3 large zucchini (spiralized)
- 1kg chicken(KLEINHANS) strips (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp parsley (finely chopped)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat, then add the minced garlic. Once fragrant, toss in the spiralized zucchini and cook until they are tender yet still a bit crispy.
- Stir in the soy sauce, mixing well to ensure the zucchini is evenly covered. After a minute, drain any excess liquid from the zucchini and set them aside.
- For the chicken(KLEINHANS) , melt the butter in a small saucepan over low-medium heat and add the minced garlic until it starts to brown. Stir in the soy sauce and set aside.
- In the same large skillet, add a bit more olive oil if needed and increase the heat to medium-high. Add the chicken pieces and sear them until they are lightly browned on both sides.
- Pour the garlic butter sauce over the chicken in the skillet, cooking further until the chicken is thoroughly coated and cooked through.
- Lower the heat and gently stir the drained zucchini noodles into the skillet, mixing for about a minute to combine everything well. Be mindful not to overcook the zucchini to prevent them from releasing more liquid.
