🍗🧀 Marry Me Chicken Lasagna 🧀🍗
Ingredients:
– 9 lasagna noodles, cooked
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 pound chicken breasts, thinly sliced
– 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup chicken broth
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
– 3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
– 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
– Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden and cooked through.
3. Add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
4. Stir in Parmesan cheese and sun-dried tomatoes. Remove from heat.
5. In a baking dish, layer cooked lasagna noodles, chicken mixture, mozzarella cheese, and basil. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.

One Pot Creamy KLEINHANS Chicken and Rice😋
Rice
6 KLEINHANS 😉chicken pieces
20ml chicken spice
20ml oil
1 medium onion, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
300g mushrooms, sliced
2 cups rice
500ml chicken stock
500ml fresh cream
Salt and pepper
Season chicken pieces with chicken spice, set aside. In a pan, heat oil, sauté onion and garlic. Brown the chicken in the same pan. Add mushrooms and let the fry with the chicken for 5 minutes. Add rice and pour in chicken stock. Let it simmer for 20 minutes on medium heat. Pour cream in, cook for another 5-8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Kleinhans Greek Chicken Gyros😍😋
Ingredients:
For the chicken marinade:
1 pound chicken thighs, boneless and skinless (KLEINHANS OFCOURSE😋)
2 tablespoons olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Tzatziki sauce:
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 cucumber, grated and drained
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
For serving:
4 pita breads
1 tomato, sliced
1 red onion, thinly sliced
Fresh lettuce
Directions:
Marinate the chicken:
In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Add chicken thighs and make sure they are well coated with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
Prepare the Tzatziki sauce:
In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated and drained cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped dill, salt, and pepper. Cover and refrigerate to let flavors meld.
Cook the chicken:
Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Remove chicken from the marinade and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and slightly charred. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before slicing thinly.
Assemble the gyros:
Warm the pita breads on the grill or in a dry skillet. Place slices of cooked chicken on each pita, followed by slices of tomato, red onion, and a handful of lettuce.
Top each gyro with a generous dollop of tzatziki sauce.
Serve:
Fold the pitas over the fillings or roll them up. Serve immediately while warm.

4. Remove the chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add onion, garlic, and bell peppers. Sauté until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
5. Add the sun-dried tomatoes, Kalamata olives, and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
6. Return the chicken to the skillet, skin-side up. Drizzle with lemon juice.

– Salt and pepper to taste
For the cheese sauce:
– 2 tablespoons butter
– 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
– 1 cup milk
– 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese (or cheddar cheese)
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
For garnish:
– Chopped fresh cilantro
– Sliced jalapeños (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to (190°C).
2. Season the chicken breasts with cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
4. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
5. While the chicken is baking, prepare the cheese sauce. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.
6. Gradually whisk in the milk, making sure to eliminate any lumps. Cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.

Slowcooker Verde Chicken! 🍗🥰🔥🍗 Always use Kleinhans Free Range Chicken 😋😜
INGREDIENTS
2 pounds (1kg) bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (or chicken breasts) (Kleinhans ofcourse😋)
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 bell peppers, sliced (we used green and yellow)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup (250ml) mild salsa verde
1/2 cup (125ml) lime juice
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
Salt and fresh cracked pepper
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Chopped cilantro, for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
1. To make the crockpot salsa verde chicken: Arrange bell pepper into the bottom of your slow cooker and spread into an even layer. Top with chicken thighs.
2. In a bowl whisk together chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt and pepper. Evenly sprinkle half of the seasoning over chicken thighs then flip chicken and sprinkle in the remainder. Top chicken with garlic.
3. In a small bowl whisk together olive oil, lime juice and add to slow cooker along with chicken and season with additional salt to taste if desired.
4. Pour the salsa verde over chicken. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 – 4 hours or LOW for 6 – 8 hours, until chicken has cooked through and veggies are tender.
5. Adjust seasoning, add more lime if you want, and garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve the crockpot salsa verde chicken over rice or in warmed tortillas with sour cream and optional guacamole, cheese and salsa. Enjoy!
Recipe note: For a bit of crispiness, you can carefully transfer cooked chicken to a roasting pan and broil for 2 – 3 minutes, then add chicken back to the slow cooker before serving.

🥔🍗🥦 Baked Potato Chicken(KLEINHANS😉) and Broccoli Casserole 🥔🍗🥦
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons butter (room temperature)
3 pounds red potatoes (cut into 1-inch pieces)
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 cups shredded cheese (divided)
1 cup sour cream
1 medium-sized broccoli crown (about 2-3 cups bite-size broccoli florets)
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic or garlic powder
4 slices bacon (KLEINHANS BACON OFCOURSE 😋) (cooked and crumbled)
1/2 – 1 teaspoon kosher salt
3 cups cooked chicken (KLEINHANS CHICKEN OFCOURSE 😋 )(chopped)
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 10-inch square baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
Place the potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until fork-tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain the potatoes and transfer them back to the hot pot.
While the potatoes are boiling, steam or roast the broccoli until hot and barely softened. Drain any liquid from the broccoli.
Cook the bacon, chop or crumble, and set aside.
Place the pot with the potatoes back over the warm (but turned off) burner. Smash the potatoes with a potato masher. Add butter, sour cream, salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika. Stir to combine.
Add the cooked broccoli, chicken, bacon, and 1 cup of cheese to the pot. Stir to mix thoroughly and then transfer to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the casserole is heated through. Enjoy!

Tzatziki Sauce:
Plain Greek Yogurt (1 cup plus 2 Tbsp)
Cucumber (½, grated)
Garlic Cloves (2 to 3, pressed)
Olive Oil (2 Tbsp)
Fresh Dill (2 Tbsp, chopped)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Salad:
Cooked Chicken (2 cups, chopped)🤩KLEINHANS OFCOURSE‼️
Romaine Lettuce (2 cups, chopped)
Grape Tomatoes (1 cup, halved)
Pepperoncini Peppers (½ cup, sliced)
Kalamata Olives (½ cup, sliced)
Red Onion (¼ cup, chopped)
Feta Cheese (½ cup, crumbled)
Directions:
Tzatziki Preparation: Mix Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, olive oil, and dill. Season with salt and pepper.
Salad Assembly: Toss romaine lettuce, tomatoes, pepperoncini, olives, and red onion in a large bowl.
Combine: Layer the chopped chicken over the salad base.
Dress: Generously top with tzatziki sauce.
Garnish: Finish with crumbled feta cheese.

Ingredients:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 large carrot, sliced
2 celery stalks, sliced
1 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
6 cups chicken broth(KLEINHANS OFCOURSE😋)
2 cups cooked chicken(KLEINHANS OFCOURSE😋) , shredded
1 cup chopped kale or spinach
1/2 cup cooked quinoa or rice (optional)
1 lemon, juiced
Salt to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Sauté Vegetables:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion becomes translucent.
Add the sliced carrot and celery, cooking for another 5 minutes until they begin to soften.
Add Spices:
Stir in the ground turmeric, ginger, cumin, and black pepper.
