Ingredients:
• 2 chicken FILLET(Has to be KLEINHANS ) , cut into bite-sized pieces
• 2 cups cornflakes, crushed
• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 large eggs(KLEINHANS )
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• Cooking spray or oil for baking
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Crush the cornflakes into small crumbs in a ziplock bag or food processor.
- Season the flour by mixing it with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs.
- Coat each chicken piece:
- First, dip it in the seasoned flour.
- Then, dip it in the whisked eggs.
- Finally, coat it in the crushed cornflakes, pressing to ensure the coating sticks.
- Place the coated chicken bites on the prepared baking sheet and spray lightly with cooking spray or drizzle with oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden and crispy.
