Ingredients:
• 6 large eggs(KLEINHANS EGGS YAYYYY )
• 1/2 cup cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled
• 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 tablespoon olive oil (for sautéing onions)
• Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:
- Preheat the oven to (175°C) and grease a muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir in the crumbled sausage, sautéed onions, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Divide the egg mixture evenly among the muffin cups, filling them about 3/4 full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the egg muffins are fully set and lightly golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
