6 KLEINHANS ๐chicken pieces
20ml chicken spice
20ml oil
1 medium onion, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
300g mushrooms, sliced
2 cups rice
500ml chicken stock
500ml fresh cream
Salt and pepper
Season chicken pieces with chicken spice, set aside. In a pan, heat oil, sautรฉ onion and garlic. Brown the chicken in the same pan. Add mushrooms and let the fry with the chicken for 5 minutes. Add rice and pour in chicken stock. Let it simmer for 20 minutes on medium heat. Pour cream in, cook for another 5-8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
