Ingredients:
– 9 lasagna noodles, cooked
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 pound chicken breasts, thinly sliced
– 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup chicken broth
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
– 3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
– 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
– Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden and cooked through.
- Add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and sun-dried tomatoes. Remove from heat.
- In a baking dish, layer cooked lasagna noodles, chicken mixture, mozzarella cheese, and basil. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
