Creamy Cajun Steak Alfredo 🌶️🍝:

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb steak (ribeye or sirloin), sliced into strips(KLEINHANS🤭🤭🤭)
  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Cook Pasta: Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Prepare Steak(KLEINHANS😍) : In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak strips with salt, pepper, and half of the Cajun seasoning. Add the steak to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides, about 4-5 minutes. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.

Make Alfredo Sauce: In the same skillet, add butter, minced garlic, and diced onion. Sauté until the onion is translucent, about 2-3 minutes. Pour in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and remaining Cajun seasoning until the sauce is smooth and creamy.

Combine Ingredients: Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing it in the creamy Alfredo sauce until fully coated. Return the cooked steak strips to the skillet and mix well.
