β’ 1/2 cup cooked quinoa or rice (optional)
β’ 1 lemon, juiced
β’ Salt to taste

Instructions:
SautΓ© Vegetables:Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sautΓ©ing until the onion becomes translucent.
