𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 (KLEINHANS😋) 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗟𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗮

Ingredients:
For the filling:
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken Fillet(KLEINHANS ), diced
• 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 4 cups fresh spinach, chopped
• Salt and pepper to taste
For the sauce:
• 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 4 cups milk
• 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• Salt and pepper to taste
• For the lasagna:
• 12 lasagna sheets
• 2 cups ricotta cheese
• 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the filling: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken(KLEINHANS ) and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  2. Cook the mushrooms: In the same skillet, add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and begin to brown, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic and spinach: Add the minced garlic to the mushrooms and cook for 1 minute. Then, add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. Prepare the sauce: In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, until slightly golden. Gradually whisk in the milk and cook until the sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, ground nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
  5. Assemble the lasagna: Preheat your oven to 190°C. In a 9×13-inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of the sauce on the bottom. Place 3 lasagna sheets on top of the sauce. Spread a third of the ricotta cheese over the noodles, followed by a third of the chicken, mushroom, and spinach mixture. Pour a third of the sauce over the mixture and sprinkle with a third of the shredded mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layers two more times, ending with a final layer of lasagna, sauce, and shredded mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle the top with grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Serve: Let the lasagna cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.Enjoy
